Design Critique sessions

In the project, I facilitated design critique sessions with the clients to gather iterative feedback and ensure the design met their needs. During these sessions, I presented the workflow and key UI components of the procurement control tower, walking the clients through each feature, including task management, AI-driven market insights, KPI dashboards, and the support UI.
The goal of these sessions was to:
-
Validate user flows and confirm that the navigation and interaction patterns aligned with client expectations.
-
Identify pain points or potential improvements in the usability of the system based on client workflows.
-
Incorporate client-specific needs, such as adding new KPI metrics or refining the report generation tools to better align with their operational processes.
Clients provided valuable feedback, and based on these discussions, I made several iterative improvements. This included refining the user interface for the reporting system, enhancing the accessibility of training materials, and improving the visual hierarchy of key performance indicators for better readability. These collaborative sessions helped ensure that the final product was aligned with both user needs and business goals
