A poorly designed experience feels like fingernails on a chalkboard to me. It is hard to ignore when something breaks the flow, creates friction, or makes a simple task harder than it should be. That instinct pulled me into design and shaped how I think about improving systems.

I explored this through my studies in Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, and Usability during my Master’s in Information Systems, building on my background in Computer Science.

I also have experience as a developer, with a foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This helps me understand technical constraints, collaborate closely with engineers, and design solutions that are practical to build.

Since then, I’ve worked across Healthcare, Finance, and Retail, designing complex, data driven platforms across web, mobile, and tablet experiences, along with experience in branding and creating cohesive visual systems. My focus is on bringing clarity and structure to systems people rely on every day.
