Conducted user surveys to gain a comprehensive understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points at scale. The goal was to identify patterns in user challenges, prioritize features that users found most valuable, and quantify their satisfaction with the current system.

I designed a dashboard experience tailored to finance users, integrating key components such as a calendar to manage meetings, report deadlines, and task reminders. The platform incorporates AI-powered insights and alerts, offering personalized recommendations and real-time updates on critical reports. This ensures users stay informed and proactive while fostering seamless cross-team collaboration by centralizing key tasks and shared data within an intuitive interface
